The video that will raise awareness about the effects of climate change

Polar bear dying

The polar bear is an animal that has lived at the North Pole for a long time. Surely you never thought that with the arrival of the Industrial Revolution, it would eventually become the symbol of 'modern' climate change. Because there have been other changes in the climate, and there will be new ones. They are part of planet Earth.

But man has gone too far. His desire to conquer has led him to believe that he could only be happy if he has everything. Acting as if he were a god, he has taken the life of many species, both directly with weapons, and indirectly with the destruction of their habitat and pollution. The polar bear could be the next to go extinct.

A Sea Legacy team, along with its founders Paul Nicklen and Cristina Miterrmeier, saw a dramatic scene in an abandoned Inuit camp on Baffin Island, the largest in Canada and the fifth in the world. An adult polar bear, uninjured but dangerously thin, was dying before his eyes. The reason?

Although they cannot blame the effects of climate change, they do know that more and more polar bears die under the same circumstances due to rising temperatures. Each time the thaw phenomenon occurs earlier, forcing these animals to travel long distances to find some food.

Can you prevent more bears from dying? Of course. Reforesting forests, not polluting, using clean energy and taking care of the environment are just some of the measures that we can all do. The question that could be asked, however, is the following: Are world leaders really interested in doing something for the planet?

Humanity can be very cruel to nature, but also very good. If we all got together, or most of the population, we would surely end the problem in a few years.
