Next I will tell you the temperature records of history in our country.

In relation to lower temperatures registered in Spain, we must go back to February 1956. On this date, many areas of the country reached 20 degrees below zero. In many areas of the Pyrenees, temperatures of up to 40 degrees below zero. Regarding the highest temperatures, it is worth noting in July 1994 when in the region of Murcia nothing more and nothing less than the 47 degrees. We must not forget the impressive heat wave that occurred in the year 1995 and what caused cities like Seville and Cordoba had to withstand temperatures as extreme as 46 degree.

The city of Jaén managed to reach 46 degrees  in 1939, a figure to take into account due to the fact that its observatory is located an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, while the Seville and Córdoba observatories are below 1 meters above sea level.

As you can see, Spain is a country of extreme temperatures both in winter and summer. Unfortunately and due to climate change, expectations they are not very good and according to the experts the temperature will rise irremediably.
