NASA: 2016 will be the warmest in history

Global warming

2016 began by breaking temperature records, and it will probably end the same. Now, it is NASA itself that says that this year will be the warmest in records, with a drastic increase in the temperatures of the Earth's surface. In February we learned that global average temperatures had risen 1,35 degrees, How much will it have risen between now and the end of the year?

The truth is that it is not known. Maybe we will exceed 2 degrees sooner than we thought.

Some specialists have attributed the drastic rise in temperature in the second month of the year to the El Niño meteorological phenomenon; however, scientists continue to warn that the global climate system is being strongly affected by human emissions of greenhouse gases, especially due to the increasing concentrations of carbon dioxide.

Gavin Schmidt, director of the Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York, wrote on his Twitter account that while he does not usually comment on individual months as there is "too much time" and "not enough weather" when he saw the February climate models could only say a single word: »wow', Thus showing how surprised he was.

Iceberg

As global temperatures rise above their seasonal averages, something that occurs especially in the Northern Hemisphere, Arctic sea ice is melting faster and faster. An ice that ends in a sea whose level is increasingly higher. But not only that, but the Poles record their own monthly records. In fact, at the end of September 2015, the melting of the Arctic marked a new record of lows, as we told you in this article.

Climate change is a fact. It is a problem that sooner or later it will affect us allregardless of where we are.

It seems clear that we are approaching catastrophe until it is too late to avoid it. An approximation of what can happen:

Scientists have been saying this for 30 years. But politicians are more interested in making money than the health of the planet. Until they realize that we all travel in the same boat and there are no boats for anyone; not even for the richest.
As always, his meager intelligence and inordinate lust for power will lead us all to ruin.

The truth is that for many more than thirty years we have possibly heard this story that the phenomenon of warming and others but as nothing dramatic ever happens because we continue with the same song and the same problem with people in favor and people who find each side have their theories for which they explain that they are correct, well here the same thing will happen as in the story of the shepherd 'the wolf is coming' and he never came until one day he came and ate the sheep and the shepherd, if we really think that we can continue polluting the planet where we live without having any kind of repercussion whoever thinks like this should not have much light inside his brain
This story would be the equivalent of a smoker, a cigarette or a pack will not kill you, but because they do not kill you, it does not mean that it does not have any repercussions on your body, the only thing it means is that sooner or later in the long term. Like it or not, you will see a negative effect on your health regardless of what people say or do not say, your health will deteriorate, obsi or if what leads us to Isaac Newton's law for all actions there is a totally opposite and equal reaction
Let us be fooled, we are destroying the planet slowly but irreversibly and if we do not do something and quickly very soon we are going to see things that have never been seen before.
Attention gentlemen, do not be fooled or be fooled the more pollution the worst things are going to get and the reality is that things are not going to get better if not worse

Totally agree. Each time we are more and therefore, each time we pollute more, and that we want to or not influences the climate.
Let us hope that really effective measures will be taken soon to avoid disaster.
